You teach it. You can upload documents (PDFs, Word files, text), paste in procedures, or use Smart Intake — where Zwart actually interviews your team members with smart questions and turns their answers into structured knowledge automatically. The more you give it, the smarter it gets about your specific company.

Smart Intake is Zwart's way of interviewing your experts. Instead of asking your best people to write documentation (which never happens), Zwart chats with them, asks the right follow-up questions, and writes the document for them. It takes 15 minutes instead of 3 hours.

Zwart only answers based on what you've uploaded. It doesn't make things up or pull information from the internet — it stays strictly inside your company's knowledge. If it doesn't know something, it says so. That said, the quality of the answers depends on the quality of what you give it, so the better your documents, the better Zwart performs.

Yes. You can upload documents in any language and ask questions in any language. Zwart is multilingual and will respond in whatever language you use to ask the question.

You control that. As an admin, you decide who can read documents, who can add new ones, and who can see what. Your team only ever sees what you've given them access to — nothing more.

Yes. From the admin dashboard, you can invite as many team members as you need by email. They'll get an invite, create their account, and be up and running immediately.

Admins can review team conversations to understand what questions are being asked and where Zwart might need better information. This is useful for improving your knowledge base over time — not for surveillance.

Yes. Your data is stored securely and completely separated from other companies. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) and your information is never used to train any public AI model. What goes into Zwart stays in Zwart — it's yours.

No. We do not sell, share, or use your data for anything other than running Zwart for you. Full stop.

Yes. You can delete individual documents from the knowledge base at any time. If you want to delete your entire account and all associated data, reach out to us via the contact page and we'll handle it promptly.
